Pin Oak Service Center wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we serve our customers, in the shop and online.

Standards we follow

This website is designed and tested to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. Where it was practical we also applied newer WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria.

What we have done

  • The site was reviewed and remediated for accessibility before launch, with work completed on August 14, 2026, by our website partner, Weber Advertising & Marketing.
  • Every page template was tested with axe-core, an industry-standard automated accessibility scanner, on both desktop and mobile screen sizes.
  • Manual review covered keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, color contrast, form labels, heading structure, and image descriptions.
  • We re-scan the site periodically to catch problems that new content or software updates can introduce.

Known limitations

We aim for full conformance, but some things are outside our direct control:

  • Parts of this site come from third-party services, such as the Google map on our contact page and our secure online payment provider. Those services may not meet the same standard, and we cannot always fix them ourselves.
  • Automated scanners catch most problems but not all of them, and content added after the date below may introduce new issues between reviews.

If you hit a barrier caused by any of this, please tell us and we will look for a workaround.
